Wightcakes
The original classic Wightcakes are fishcakes handmade with chunks of seasonal white fish along with spring onions, fresh herbs and just the right amount of seasoning.
Wightcakes were inspired by, and are named after the beautiful Isle of Wight, which is where they were first crafted them from a catch of white fish sustainably fished by the Needles Fishermen’s Co-operative.
Fabulous Catch are passionate about the environment and sustainability and work with fishermen from our region, and local producers and growers whenever possible.
Wightcakes make the perfect quick dinner, serve with a side of fresh garden peas and thick-cut wedges.
