Any orders accepted by 5 A Day Box Limited will be subject to these conditions of sale and no other conditions will apply unless expressly agreed in writing by 5 A Day Box Limited. Any interaction between you (the customer) and 5 A Day Box Limited is subject to these terms and conditions.
Payments
Recurring Payments: Payments are processed via WorldPay FuturePay in GBP. Customers can choose weekly, bi-weekly, three-weekly, or monthly payment intervals. Payment terms are continuous until cancelled by the customer.
Cancelling Recurring Payments: Customers may cancel their FuturePay agreement at any time without notice.
One-Off Payments: Processed securely via Stripe.

Refund Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality fresh produce. If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we offer a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
A photograph clearly showing the issue must be provided.
Products must be stored appropriately after delivery to maintain quality.

Sale & Delivery of Alcohol
Customers must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol and will be required to confirm this during checkout.
The person accepting the delivery must be 18 or over. Our delivery staff will operate a Challenge 25 policy, requiring ID from anyone who appears under 25. If no valid ID is provided, alcohol will not be delivered.
