
Vegan Seacakes
These Vegan Seacakes are evocative of the seaside without any fish. A medley of seaweed, samphire, capers, greens and a generous squeeze of lemon and sprinkling of seasoning, all wrapped in a delicious gluten-free and dairy-free crumb.

Delicious served on a spinach and watercress salad with a walnut dressing.

Ingredients:
Cooked potato, cooked spinach, gluten-free breadcrumbs (millet flour, sorghum flour, buckwheat maize flour, potato flour, fresh yeast, psyllium, flaxseed, salt), water, peas, organic seaweed 6% (dulce, sea spaghetti, kelp), sunflower oil, samphire 5%, cooked onion, capers 2%, rice flour, lemon juice, spring onions, salt, lemon zest, pepper, parsley. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.
From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.
Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
