Hi, this is Katie, founder of Utta Nutta. I believe in simple life, eating healthy plantbased whole-foods, treading lightly in the world. I started roasting and crushing nuts in my kitchen as a side hustle to working as an art teacher in a secondary school in Wiltshire. My son George began to start churning alongside and soon our house became very nutty. Our family and friends loved it, so we kept on making it. We took it to local markets then shops became interested, and the repeat orders kept on coming. As the Peanut butter started to take over our family home, I have continued crushing, moving into a commercial kitchen in the Wiltshire countryside making it in the same traditional way to this very day.
