
The Bollywood Fishcakes
The Bollywood is filled with only the finest seasonal white fish with a sprinkling of aromatic spice. A touch of the Indian subcontinent livening up the classic British fishcake – not hot, but subtle and addictive.

Delicious served with an organic yoghurt dip, a good squeeze of fresh lime and a crispy salad, or try with a mango, carrot, chilli and coriander salad.

Ingredients:
Cooked white fish (30%), cooked potatoes, peas (8%), sunflower oil, egg, carrots (7%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, hiamine], water, salt, yeast, rapeseed oil), onion, fresh coriander; lime juice, wheat flour (wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], garlic, salt, lime zest, spices, coriander, turmeric, cumin, pepper, lime leaves. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.
From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.
Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
