Stacked with naturally-smoked haddock, with a hint of lemon, parsley and dill, our award-winning smoked fish cakes are named after one of our characterful fishermen, “Smokey Bill” – they’re both old favourites of ours.

 

Fabulous Catch are passionate about the environment and sustainability and work with fishermen from our region, and local producers and growers, whenever possible.

 

Try them served on a bed of wilted spinach with a soft poached or fried egg on top.

Ingredients:

 

Smoked cooked fish (35%), cooked potatoes, egg, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin hiamine], water, salt, yeast, palm stearin, rapeseed oil), onion, spring onion, lemon juice, parsley, wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron niacin hiamine], dill, lemon zest, sunflower oil, seasoning. May also contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.

Though every care is taken, fish may contain traces of shell or bone.

Cooking Instructions:

 

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
