Ingredients: Salmon (fish), potatoes, asparagus, spring onions, onions, lemon, parsley, salt & pepper, breadcrumbs (wheat (gluten), flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin] water, yeast, sunflower oil, salt, egg, sunflower oil for frying).

Cooking Instructions:

Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray.

From frozen: DO NOT DEFROST. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C (fan) / Gas mark 3 for 30-35 minutes until piping hot.

Air fry for 12 minutes at 170°C or according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
